Schengen visas

Sooner appointments than public through an accredited agency, to apply for your French Schengen visa! We reply to the emails on the same working day!

Great news: As of 20th November 2015, all over the world, Schengen Member States are linked to the Visa Information System (VIS). The VIS stores the biometric data (10 fingerprints and the facial image) of the visa applications for 5 years.

Spouse of UK/EU national should provide proof of travel and accommodation with their spouse or fill the ‘EU/EEA  family member’ statement form.

Multi Travel Visas Ltd is a specialist visa company, we had been accredited by the French Consulate for years (number A2011/107) until visa submission process had been transferred to TLS visa centre, we are now an accredited agency with the visa centre and use a separate system for appointments and submission for the accredited agencies.

Please note we are not French Consulate and are not affiliated with any government. We are an ‘accredited agency’, a private company, and we can submit applications on your behalf via the official visa centre. If we handle your application, we will charge you an additional fee in return for providing advice on the requirements, taking responsibility for ensuring that your documentation is appropriate and lodging application on your behalf.

If you choose to apply for a visa through us you would not need to book an appointment. As an accredited agency we can usually provide a slot in the next few working days, though it may take longer during the busy travel times. This system is only available to accredited agencies, we are one of just NINE of them in the whole of the UK.

French Consulate now issues biometric visas, so every applicant now has to come with us on the date of appointment – to provide biometrics (fingerprints). However, we submit applications in the morning on the day of appointment, which is normally next day or day after we received your documents and a payment, maybe a couple of days more during the busy travel times, while clients need to come to a visa centre just for the biometrics (fingerprints) at a given time, so no need to wait and queue for the submission of documents, it is done by us in the morning.

From the date of appointment French visa takes 3-4 working days to process for most nationals: S. African, Indian, Chinese, Russian, Thai, Filipino, Turkish etc. But it takes 17 calendar days for the following nationals: Afghanistan, Algeria, Bangladesh, Cameroon, Central Africa, Chad, Congo, DR Congo, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Palestine, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Vietnam, Yemen and Zimbabwe.

It takes 1 week for these nationals: Morocco, Sri Lanka, and Tunisia.

We can now apply on behalf of clients residing in Scotland and Isle of Man, for more information, please contact us.

Important! If you were recently refused a visa from another Schengen embassy (such as Spanish)  then it may take 2 weeks to process your application.
