In June 2019 we were selected to take part in the BBC documentary Who Should Get to Stay in the UK? and the BBC only chooses the best! It is our Senior Immigration Lawyer, Jules Motcho, on this picture (on the far right). Our clients, Marc and Sylivia, are at the front. The programme follows people who are making various UK visa applications.
Just like you, they have to meet the visa requirements (including Financial), prepare paperwork and then anxiously wait for the outcome. This programme aims to show how it really is: a complicated and stressful process that costs a small fortune in UK Government fees. It also sheds the light on our work as immigration lawyers, proving that immigration law is one of the most complex legal areas.
1st 4Immigration Ltd is one of the most experienced and prominent immigration law companies in the United Kingdom, accredited at the highest OISC Level 3. We have been in business for more than 10 years! Our OISC reference is F200800152, in which 2008 stands for the year of accreditation. We have seen a great deal of changes in UK visa rules, such as development of the Points – Based System (Tiers) in 2009, Spouse/Partner rules’ overhaul in 2012, and now Brexit.
1st 4Immigration team is very diverse! Each one of us has been through UK immigration process. (On a humorous note, even the founders’ pet dog is half-Russian. His father, a schnauzer, was imported to the UK from St. Petersburg, we assume he arrived on a Spouse visa!)
Natalia arrived in the UK in 2003 on a Fiancee visa. In due course she acquired her Spouse visa and Indefinite Leave to Remain. She now holds dual nationality and has useful expertise on this popular subject. Natalia particularly enjoys working on Financial Requirement £18,600 for spouses and partners of UK citizens, combining her legal knowledge with a strong grasp of mathematics (yes, you really need that!). The more complex situation the better: multiple sources of income, savings, self-employment – we have done it all!
Our lawyers advise on the UK Immigration Rules, help with visas to enter and remain in the UK and with British Citizenship. We also provide training to immigration advisers and solicitors, and are accredited for CPD. If you choose to apply for a visa through us, you will benefit from our wealth of knowledge!
Our sister company, Multi Travel Visas Ltd, has been helping with foreign travel visas for the past 15 years: Schengen, Indian, Chinese, Russian visas and many others.
