British Citizenship for European/EEA nationals and their Family Members. CPD 6 core hours. This course recognises the differences of applying the EU law when assessing eligibility for Citizenship. Such as that most EU/EEA nationals won't have any 'visa stamps' while their rights depend on 'exercising Treaty rights' instead of just 'residing in the UK'; that A8 and EU2 nationals had restrictions applied during their initial time in the EU; that family members may have visas but many did not have to apply for them.

This course explains the differences between different types of being self-employed (sole trader, limited company etc); how to assess the income, what documents to use for visa applications and how to understand them; how to apply that in the applications for a Spouse/Partner visa, Tier 1 (General) extension and ILR based on it and in the EEA applications.

Spouse/Partner Visas - Case Studies and FAQs. CPD 6 core hours. This course provides case studies and answers to most frequently asked questions from our practice.
