Points-Based category: TIER 2 GENERAL, INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFER & OTHER Appointments every week for same or next-day Tier 2 General & Intra-Company Transfer visa: £699 plus Home Office fee for the main applicant (plus £50 for each dependant if applying at the same time). Postal applications: Tier 2 (General) and (Intra-Company Transfer) £599 plus Home Office fee. We charge £50 per dependant if applying at the same time as the main applicant. Tier 2 (General) is for skilled workers with a specific job offer. This category has replaced Work Permits (although Work Permits are still running for Bulgarian and Romanian nationals). It is possible to apply from the UK or abroad. Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) is for employees for international companies who are being transferred from overseas to a UK-based branch of a company. Tier 2 (Sportsperson) is for internationally established sports people people and coaches who will make a substantial controbution to the development of their sport in the UK.
