FEES
We charge fixed fees as set below. We don't charge VAT. All fees are to be paid by clients in advance but will be held in our client account until the work has been completed, usually until submitted to the Home office. We accept payments by cheques, bank transfers, cash, postal orders.

Indefinite Leave to Remain (Permanent Residency) for all categories including HSMP Judicial Review, Spouses/Partners of UK citizens, HSMP, Work Permit, people with UK ancestry, Long Residence based on 10 years. Where a dependant child 18 y.o. or over is applying together with a main applicant (usually a parent) then a child needs a separate form and a separate full Home Office fee. In such cases we charge extra £100 per child in our service fees. |
