EEA Family Permit and Permanent Residency for non-EU family members of European citizens We can apply for an EEA Family Permit on behalf of the customers who are already in the UK on any other UK visa including a tourist visa. EEA Family Permit can be issued for family members of EEA nationals who are themselves not EEA nationals. For example, for South African family members of Spanish nationals who are living and working in the UK. For those who have spent 5 years on an EEA Family Permit in the UK we can apply for a Permanent Residency under EU law. Application under European Law can only be lodged for postal consideration (no same-day service available at Home Office). However, applications under EU law do not attract official Home Office fees (only our service fees apply). Generally, European Law is more 'generous'. It has a broader range of eligible family members who can join their EEA family members in the UK. For example, under European Law, dependent children are those under age of 21, not 18 as under British Law. Also, a list dependants is extended to distant relatives. Also, a term "dependant" is not restricted to those who are dependent financially. Our fee £199, Home Office fees do not apply.
