BRITISH CITIZENSHIP Apply now before Home Office fees go up! We assist with British citizenship applications on behalf of the customers. Spouses of British citizens can apply for citizenship after they've met 2 requirements: 1) they have lived in the UK lawfully for 3 years and 2) they hold an Indefinite Leave to Remain (Permanent UK Residency). Plus, a person has to be of a good character, has to speak English and has to have passed a Life In The UK Test (unless he/she had done it earlier when applying for an ILR). All others can apply for citizenship after they've met 2 requirements: 1) they have lived in the UK lawfully for 5 years and 2) they have held an Indefinite Leave to Remain (Permanent UK Residency) for at least 12 months. Plus, a person has to be of a good character, has to speak English and has to have passed a Life In The UK Test (unless he/she had done it earlier when applying for an ILR). For our service FEES please click here. Please note: everyone applying for British citizenship has to have an Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) first; it is also known as Permanent Residency. It is not possible to apply for citizenship without it, even if you have been in the UK for 5 years or more. We can apply for an ILR for most people and we can assist with an express service at Home Office. As authorised immigration representatives, we can normally obtain an appointment much earlier than they are available for the public. We can also assist with postal applications.
