Newly proposed Home Office fees, are currently being considered by the Parliament and can be found here (PDF file on the right). Sadly, these fees historically only go up. Apply now to pay the cheaper current fees.

Indefinite Leave to Remain (Permanent UK Residency). Same-day service £399 plus Home Office fees. For those who currently hold the following visas: HSMP (including under HSMP Judicial Review); Work Permit; Tier 1 or 2; UK Ancestry; spouses/partners of British citizens, Ancestral visa. Also, applications based on Long Residence (10 years of continuous lawful residence). People holding all the above visas are eligible to apply for an ILR for the same-day service (except Long Residence of 10 years).

Tier 1 and Tier 2. Same-day service£399 plus Home Office fee. If any dependants applying with you - £50 for each dependant. Same-day service available for Tier 1.

Spouses and partners of UK citizens and of UK permanent residents (intial 2 year visa or 2 year extension): £199 plus Home Office fee. This category requires biometric data (fingerprints and facial image). We can advise on the rules, check the documents and forms. Then you can either attend an appointment at Home Office in person. Or we can submit applications for postal service and the Home Office would then send a letter inviting you (and dependants) to provide biometrics at one of 17 post-offices nationwide or at one of 7 enrolment centres. Family members of European nationals: EEA Family Permit (5 years visa) and Indefinite Leave to Remain (permanent visa) £199. Only postal applications allowed by Home Office.
